About your voiceover talent:
Deborah Smith, APRN, was in nursing for over 40 years prior to beginning her career in voice over work. As a result of this background in the medical field, she specializes in medical narration E-learning, and Explainer. Beyond this, some of her favorite voice over work has been recording children's literature. She is currently producing her 11th audiobook. Deborah also offers her voice over talents for commercials, documentaries, IVR, and corporate recordings. She uses a RodeNT-1 mic with ZOOM AMS-24 interface in her recording studio to provide crystal clear, high quality production.
Besides her voiceover work, Deborah was involved with community theater for many years - working on and behind the stage. She performed in many plays, worked as a Foley artist for the radio productions, worked the sound and light booth, and was the assistant director for several plays. She volunteers at the Country Music Hall of Fame each month, and works weekly as a nurse practitioner at the Charis Medical Clinic - a clinic for the lower- and un-insured patients in our area.
Deborah lives in Tennessee with her husband Andrew, who is also a voice over artist. In her free time, Deborah enjoys reading, travel, sewing, riding her motorcycle, and hanging out with her Great Dane, Dolly.
